This survey aims to measure employee satisfaction with the work environment, including working conditions, organizational atmosphere, management practices, motivation, and professional development opportunities. Through this survey, the university seeks to listen to employee feedback and suggestions, contributing to the improvement of the work environment, increasing efficiency and productivity, and enhancing a sense of job affiliation.
