- The Academic Departments Council may recommend advancing or delaying exam dates wherever they occur for a period of one week, with the approval of the College Council.
- Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha, and other official holidays and occasions will be taken into consideration if they fall on exam days.
- Students must register for courses within a period of (10) working days before the start of the semester for the course system.
