The College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (PBUH) Participates in Organizing the First Forum for Philosophy Professors in Iraqi Universities

As part of its commitment to promoting intellectual and academic engagement, the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him), in collaboration with Al-Daleel Foundation for Studies and Research affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (PBUH), participated in organizing the First Forum for Philosophy Professors in Iraqi Universities. The event brought together a distinguished group of academics and specialists in philosophy from various Iraqi universities.

The participation of the College stemmed from its ongoing efforts to support philosophical studies and deepen academic dialogue on the current state of this vital discipline and ways to advance it, thereby contributing to the promotion of critical and philosophical thinking within the academic community.

The forum featured several research papers and scholarly discussions that addressed the development of philosophy curricula in universities and the expansion of research fields in this discipline. It also provided a valuable platform for networking and exchanging expertise among philosophy professors across Iraq.

At the conclusion of the forum, the College of Islamic Sciences reaffirmed its commitment to continued collaboration with Al-Daleel Foundation and other relevant academic institutions in organizing scholarly events that serve human thought and strengthen the role of philosophy in the academic sphere.
